whenever i start me computer following message appears:-
Initialising MBA Press Ctrl+Alt+B to configure,
Preboot eXecution Environment
PXE-E61 Media test failure,check cable,
before this there was amajor problem with my computer a
message saying isass.exe not found and as a resulti could
not get into the windows and whole data was lost as i had
to reinstall the whole thing again.could anyone tell me
what the problem is since i am a student i cannot afford
to loose my information again and again.

The MBA message has to do with your network card. Perhaps your computer is
trying to boot from the network as it's the Managed Boot Agent.

The other message has to do with your motherboard.

Either there are some setting that are wrong, or you have serious hardware
problems. Hard to tell from here. Check in the bios and see what the
computer is set to boot from, and also check to see if it's properly
recognizing your hard drive.

My bet is that you're having hardware problems and you didn't need to
reinstall in the first place.
