How do I fix this problem

Error when running Stored Procedure:

Syntax error converting the varchar value
'forms!switchboard!list15.Column(0)' to a column of data type int.

SP:

Alter Procedure ProvSelsp

@ProvID int = '[Forms]![Switchboard]![List15].[Column](0)'

AS

SELECT dbo.Providers.ID, dbo.Providers.LtName,

dbo.Providers.Title, dbo.Providers.Suffix,

dbo.Providers.License, dbo.Providers.LicEffecDt,

dbo.Providers.LicST, dbo.Providers.LicTermDt,

dbo.Providers.SpecLic, dbo.Providers.SpecLicST,

dbo.Providers.SpecLicEffecDt, dbo.Providers.SpecLicTermDt,

dbo.Providers.Brdact, dbo.Providers.ReCred,

dbo.Providers.Comments, dbo.Providers.Termination,

Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong.

SPs can't read Access forms that I am aware of...

Put this in your Input Parameters property of the form:

@ProvID = '[Forms]![Switchboard]![List15].[Column](0)'

And your SP parameter should be @provID int
