Error:Your computer canot run this version of the operating system

I got a error when i went to go intall Windows Vista right after burning the
IOS file.
"Your computer cannot run this version of the operating system"

I downloaded the 64-bit version
Does this mean i need the 32-bit version?

Downloading 32-bit
