Error writing logfile "netmeter.tlg"

If i run netmeter under a limited account i get this error message.
How can i correct this.
This error doesn't appear under the admin account.

They make 'Net Meter'.

ReadError make 'Netmeter'.

What i am asking is - how can i give XP permission to write to the
files 'netmeter.ini' and 'netmeter.tlg' under a limited account?
