error with Global Catalog

hello all
please help me
i have DC in my computer and can not open "Active Directory user and
computer" and "Active Directory site and service" consoles and in event
viewer have below error :
"Unable to establish connection with Global Ctalog"

Are you saying the GC is down, or that you can't
administer the Active Directory components you mention
from your own PC?

If GC is down, sort that first. :-)
If it's admin you are trying to do, install adminpak.msi
from you DC's System32 folder onto you local PC.
 
Without more specific info about your network to work with, this will be
some general things to look at or do. If you have other DC's check one or
more of them to become gc's and verify that dns is working correctly in the
domain.
Is this the only dc or others.
Was it a gc at one time, or was some other dc a gc and it is no longer
available.
If you run the following commands, do you see any gc's listed;
nslookup <enter>
at the > prompt type; set q=srv <enter>
at next > prompt type; _gc._tcp.<your full dns domain name> then enter

you should see a 4 or 5 line section for each dc it can resolve with a gc
record in the output.
