Hi,

I installed BCM for Outlook 2003 just a few days ago and now I try to open
an account I've created and got this error: Could not load an object because
it is not available on this machine.
Then open the account but it has the error message on the main screen
saying: Business Contacts Manager was unable to initialize this form.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be the problem?

Thanks.

With form problems it is always worth checking for corruption in the
Outlook form cache.

You can search this newsgroup with those words for instructions on how
to clear the cache.

Outlook fixed this bug in a service pack, so you should consider
running Microsoft Update and installing the patches and service packs.
If the BCM on your disk is version 1, you should also upgrade to v2
SP3. The updates address other issues you haven't run into yet.

Hi,

I already cleared the cache and checked if there was any available update
but error continues.
Besides that I removed and installed BCM again and problem is the same.

To solve the form corruption problem, try creating a new Outlook
profile
and configure BCM on it.
