Error while browsing AD

When I try to browse my AD network, I get the following
error message:

Domain is not accessible. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator
of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently
available.


Any ideas ? I am the domain admin. I should have all
the rights.
 
You didn't mention if this was happening just for you or all users, or if
from just one machine or many/all, but a couple of things I found to look
at. Don't know if you have either Linux or Samba running there but found
several cases there they did and those machines had taken over the browse
master role. Also some where the browser service wasn't running.
Some others were the result of dns/wins misconfiguration.
hopefully one of those may do the trick but if not let us know.
