Error when using GPO Windows XP sp2

When I want to use GPO Windows XP english service pack 2
on my AD Windows 2000, I get many of the following errors :

The following entry in the [strings] section is too long
and has been truncated

I looked at the Technet Knowledge Base and only one
information related to mentioned that if we use French
policies, you have to apply the service pack 4 of Windows
2000.
I have done it but the errors stay. Why ?
