error when starting Windows 1st time daily

I've recently been getting a black box with this across
the top bar of the box, but the rest is blank.
**** C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\fc.exe ****

The first few times another window opened, asking me if
I'd like to send the error report to Microsoft, after
doing so, the box closes, until I turn the computer off,
then back on the next day. I tried running System Restore
several times with no help yet.
Anybody have any ideas what this is, and how I could
solve the issue.
My computer is mainly used for gaming and music. It's an
AMD XP2200 w/ATI 9700 Pro, 2 WesternDigital 80G HD's
1 Gig of DDR, and Windows XP Home Svc.Pk 1
I know there's lots of you out there that know what this
is, and I'd surely appreciate and help that comes my way.
