Error when sending to an address book recipient

Dear,

We have a nice problem here:
- When sending an email and typing the email address by hand: OK
- When right-clicking a contact in a public folder and selecting send
message to this contact: OK
- When clicking "To" and selecting a recipient from a Public Folder in the
address book (with contacts): ERROR!

"None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."

Any clue?

We're getting crazy here :-)
