Error when on some Web Sites

Hi All,
When I go to some web sites a error window pops up saying, (IE can not open
this helper application
for-dtdp://748[331[1]jgen44.cjt1.net/HTM/704/0/JavaSiteRequest.asp)
The protocol specified in address is not valid.
When I click on the OK box in the window another window opens saying, (This
file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.)
When I click on OK the windows go away and all works OK.
Can any one help me to stop this error from popping up.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi George,

Which website, in particular? The URL Protocol dtdp:// is not a standard
item in Windows, and looks suspicious to me. Here are some references:
