Error when installing capture software

I installed an All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro card into my
machine and I get the following error when I try to load
the capture software.

"The instruction at "0x771c732a" refrenced memory
at "0x00168fb8" The memory could not be read.

The machine is a P4 2.6 HTT, 800 fsb with a single 512mb
pc3200 with a clean install of XPPro SP1

Any help would be appreciated.

This capture software is made by ATI? If so contacting them would get you
better suppport.
