Error when I download large files

I am running Win2000 Advanced Server and IIS5.
When I try to download and play some moveis, I get the
error: The Data area passed ot a system call is too small"

If I re-try the download, it picks up where it left off
and completes.

Under IIS, for the home directory for the site, under
configuration, cache ASAPI applications is checked (which
was a suggestion for an NT 4.0 fix)

How can I fix this annoying little issue?

Thanks

Exactly what is your scenario? Are you downloading/playing movies from a
client machine connecting to your IIS5/Win2KAS?
