error when closing

Internet explorer works fine for me....however, every time I close it, the
erroe message that "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must shut
down." message appears. Since this only occurs when I am trying to close it
anyway, it is not a big deal...but it is annoying. Any help will be
appreciated.
