error when closing ieexplorer

When closing explore i get the following message:
The Instruction at "0x02e61f93" referenced memory
at "0x02e61f93". The memory could not be "read"
Can anyone help?

Walter,
I keep getting the same thing except the code in the
brakets is: "0x01d93799" instead. I can not figure it out
either.

Is there anyone out there that can help us? I would
greatly appreciate your assistance!
