When I close down my pc, I get the following error. . .
Instruction 0x02291044 referenced memory 0x0455984b.
Then it hangs and I have to hold in the button until it closes down.

When it starts up next, there does not appear to be any problems.

Can anyone please tell me 1] what is the problem and 2] what I need to do in
order to fix and allow my pc to close down correctly?
