Error when clicking on icon in IE

Hi..

There is an icon in a website that allows me to click on it and produce a
format that is easy for saving.

However when i click on it, status is "error on page" or "javascript xxxx"

Pls help.
 
the error i get whem i am playing backgammone after the game finsh loding i
reeive error to log off than log bacon i can;t get it to open the gams thank
you

The website is a subscibed website...so I am unable to show an example. The
technical helpdesk in the subscibed website suggested to re-install IE. May
perhaps try it unless u know of a better way.
 
Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

2. Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

2a. Start | Run | Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. Start | Run | Regsvr32 jscript.dll

3. Re-register all DLLs listed in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

5a. IE Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Browsing>Enable third-party browser
extensions (uncheck & reboot).

5b. Find the hijacker that caused 5a to be checked (or if none were checked,
