Error when changing Account Lockout policy for default domain policy

We are running W2k sp3 mixed mode domain. I received an
error after clicking ok to change the Account Lockout
policy for default domain policy in group policy. The
error is "Security Templates Failed to save Failed to
save
\sysvol\spokesmanr.com\Policies\...\Machine\Microsoft\Windo
ws NT\SecEdit\GptTmpl.inf" and it will not change the
setting.

Help!

Can you go to Explorer and open \\yourdomain.local\sysvol\... folder ? Do
you get an error ?

I was able to apply the changes today when I tried it.
