After furious head scratching, Ken W asked:
| I use Motorola Mobile Phone Tools to synchronize my cell phone with
| Outlook. I'm using Outlook 2003. The error window reads "The add-in
| "C:\Program Files\mobile PhoneTools\Outl97.dll could not be installed
| or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair
| on the help menu.""
|
| Detect and repair has not helped. The path is really "C:\Program
| Files\Motorola Phone Tools", but I don't know how to change the path
| that Outlook is looking for.
