error when accesing browser

The following error occurs when we acces certain screen on
a internet based software
The instruction at "0x004c4a4b" referenced memory
at "0x203d2064". The memory could not be "read"

can anybody help.

Parasite?

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
