Error Visual studio 2005 error 1402

i try instal visual studio
and i get

Error 1402.Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\ITIR.CmdInt.4\CLSID. Verify that
you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support
personnel.



help please...
