Error Using Custom Help File with Form

Access 2002. I have the Help File property of the form
set to the valid help file (SAPHelp.chm) which resides in
the same folder as the database. I have the Help Context
ID property set to nonzero (I have tried 1 through 10).
When I invoke the custom help usinf F1 I get the MsgBox
error message:

HH_HELP_CONTEXT called without a [MAP] section

I have tried various compiled help files and get the same
result. Any clues as to how to fix this? By the way, I
am not sure what number to put in the Help Context ID
property. Thanks.
