error upon logon win2k pro

upon logon getting error message "JAVA PACKAGE MANAGER
Unable to install java packages. The command line is
invalid."

Any one got any ideas email me

Have you tried to install the Java Virtual Machine or since when you get
this error?

I dont know what they did. They said that the message just
appeared a few days ago and this msg appears every time
they log on.
This has appeared everyday for the past 3 days but
apparantly they have not installed any products as they do
not have rights to install .

Appears this message also, if you logon with administrator privileges?
