Error: unable to read footer file

I have just set up my web site using FrontPage 2003. Everything is fine
except that at the bottom of each page there is the message "Error: Unable to
read footer file".

How do I get rid of this message? Thank you.

By making sure that the footer file is where you say it is. Can you post a
link to the page?
