error: unable to create the shared or(and) download directory - HELP!

I am trying to use msn messenger file sharing with a friend, and I am
getting that error "unable to create the shared or(and) download directory".
I am using MSN Messenger 6.1 (the latest build).

What is wrong? That is the second time I post this, plz help.. thanx!

If you click Start, then Run, type:
%userprofile%\My Documents
and click OK, do you have a "MSN File Sharing" folder?

If you do, right-click it, choose Delete and then confirm the operation. Then try File
Sharing again.
