Error: Ther system has recovered from a serious error

I can not get an answer on how to fix my computer.
When I'm online, all of a sudden my computer shuts down
and reboots and then I get the above message. This is a
constant thing. How do I fix this? Please help
 
You are hitting a blue screen error. By default, Windows will restart the
computer when it encounters one of these errors.

You need to use Event Viewer to get some more details on the error (to
continue your investigation):

- click Start
- right-click My Computer, select Manage
- expand "Event Viewer" on the left side, and select "System Log"
