Have a system running XP Pro with SP2 and IE 6.0 with SP2. The system is
also using Imanage which is a document management program. In Imanage a user
may checkout and in a document. I have tired this under this user's profile
on different systems and all works fine. So I am safe in eliminating Imanage
as his problem. However on his system - he cannot checkin documents via
Imanage (access is through IE). On checking a document back in to Imanage an
Internet Explorer message is displayed (the options are send or not send to
Microsoft) with the error signature of APPNAME: iexplore.exe
APPVER:6.0.2900.2180 ModName:imanfile.dll ModVer:8.2.1.4 Offset:0003303a.
I have checked settings under the advance tab of IE options, dumped temp
files and offline content, etc. unable to find the problem. Please Advise.

Thanks,
Turbo

Hi Turbo,

The error message says that the call stack terminated at

ModName:imanfile.dll ModVer:8.2.1.4 Offset:0003303a.

is imanfile.dll a component of Imanage? Check the location and versions of
this file on your computer. Check with the publisher for any updates also.

Regards.
