Error signature BCCode:9c

Help please ! My new computer crashes 2-3 times a day with this
message:

Error signature
BCCode:9c BCP1: 0000004 BCP2: 80545FF0
BCP3: B2000000 BCP4: 00070F0F
OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product 256_1

Does anyone know what this means ?

Set your computer to not automatically reboot on failure by going to the
System applet (Control Panel)>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Settings
and under System Failure uncheck "Automatically Restart". This should
give you the full Stop Error which you can research here:

What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
Did you update your video card drivers? If so, roll them back:
