I have office 2007 in a Japanese version and Danish version. The Japanese
version functions fine, and I am able to download templates online. However,
the Danish version keep coming up with an error sayin that I have to get the
"Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007" installed and suggest that my
copy of Office 2007 is not genuine. However, when I try the Microsoft Genuine
validation there are no problems. How come? How can I solv this problem?

Thank you.

Hello,

I wonder if there is some sort of problem with the templates you are
downloading? Are you getting them from Office Online?

Thank you Glen Millar for your quick response.

Yes, I am downloading from Microsoft Online. I am running Windows Vista
Ultimate Danish version on a ThinkPad T60. Further, I suspect a previous
installation of 60 day trial version of Microsoft Access to be the problem...

Hope the information is usefull...

Thank you.

Hi,

In PowerPoint, click the Microsoft Office Button| PowerPoint Options Button|
Resources tab and then Run Microsoft Office Diagnostic. That might fix the
installation, if there is an issue with an older version of Access.

Hi Glen

Thank you very much for your reply - and sorry for bother you again.

I have run this test five times, and to make sure, I run it again today
(sixth time), but there are no error messages here. All 16 tests comes up
without any errors at all.

Hi,

There are lots of possibilities. Did this commence when you first installed
both language versions? This link will help you identify which language pack
you have installed.

Do you get an actual error dialog box pop up. If so, try this one:

Hopefully it will tell you why the error is occurring.
