Error saving/publishing PP to web format

Our little paperclip friend jumps out to say "There has been an error saving..." my otherwise works-fine and non-esoteric Presentation as a web version. It will allow me to save just the first page, but any combination of subsequent pages elicits this error. Any ideas?

Also, have you tried saving the presentation as a new file
name and then converting that file?
