Error saving embedded files

When I try to save the home page of a web, FP2000 wants
to save embedded files..(just one jpeg), I get the
following error: An error occurred accessing your
FrontPage web files. Authors-if authoring against a web
server, please contact the webmaster for the server's
site. Webmasters-please see the server's system log for
more details.

I am just editing a new web locally.
 
Import ( or copy and paste ) the .jpg into a location in your site and then link to it.
