error /runtime/program not responding

please help.
cannot open web site. timer comes on then error
message "programme not responding".
following this error message i also get:
error signature in IEXPLORE.exe szAppVer:6.02800.1106
szModname:hungaapp szModver:0.0.0.0 offset:00000000.

other error messages:
runtime error
Program:c\windows\winlogon.exe
this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way.

error message:
msimn.exe-Application Error
the instruction at 2ox77f5210b" referenced memory at
0x007f4d7c". the memeory could not be written.

all the above have happened in outlook express or explorer.
any ideas???????
