Error-RPC Service Unavailable

Hi all,

I am having problem installing a Lexmark printer.Everytime i try it gives a message Error- RPC Service Unavailable.I have also searched for a solution on microsoft and they do have some articles on it but nothing seems to be doing good for XP Home edition.So as you see this is the whole thing and i want to install as soon as possible.
SO HELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP GUYS!

Hi V_R,

As suggested by the article spoolss.dll and spoolss.exe should be there.But i think in XP Home spoolss.dll and spoolsv.exe are the ones which are required.
And i have got both files on system32 folder.
So do u think i should get a spoolss.exe from another system and copy it.Also if u have a windows XP Home or Pro can u please check the files in ur system32 folder.
