IE closes arbitrarily several times a day.Very annoying. Now i am unable to
open certain webpages/documents, for no apparent reason. I try to open them
and I get a "not responding message and a "send error report prompt". I have
examined my firewall/security programs, and i have repeatedly re-started my
computer. I have disabled all unknown Add-ons. is it necessary to re-install
Windows? Also, Outlook Express does not send images correctly. Some are
marked with a red "placer", others are filled in like wallpaper. Any
suggestions?
