Not enough information.
What are you doing when this happens?
In what program?
Does the report say anything?

Check Event Viewer for Errors / Warnings in the System and
Application logs in Event Viewer.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative
Tools, Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the
error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in
Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427/en-us

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer
and double click on the error you want to copy. In the window,
which appears is a button resembling two pages. Double click
the button and close Event Viewer. Now start your message
(email) and do a paste into the body of the message. This will
paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report complete
with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.

Gerry,

Here is one I keep getting. Since I am already logged into a browser, does
this mean that I have another program trying to log in as well? MSN is my
internet provider.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Tcpip
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4226
Date: 2/11/2007
Time: 7:54:55 AM
User: N/A

Description:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent
TCP connect attempts.
