ERROR REPORTING

When I close a non-responsive program, an error-reporting
box appears asking if I wish to report the error to
Microsoft. The problem is that when I click on YES
nothing more happens. Obviously the details are not going
anywhere! Everything is configured correctly and I have
not excluded any programs from the reorting box. Can you
help, please?

My preferred web browser is AOL. Is this what's causing
the problem?

Could be, but AOL uses the IE engine.
