What is the difference between disabling “error reporting service” (on win xp) by following two methods?
Method 1:
Open Control Panel.
Click on Performance and Maintenance.
Click on System.
Then click on the Advanced tab.
Click on the error-reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click [OK] [OK]
Method 2:
Administrative tools/ services/ properties on “Error Reporting Service” and click on disable and stop the service.
I am little confused. Does both does the same thing?
