Every now and then I get this message from Microsoft Internet Explorer, that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I then have to restart (automatically)

Appl.Name: iexplore.ex
Appl.Vers.: 6.0.2800.110
Mod.Name: wcadw0.dl
Mod.Vers.: 0.0.0.
Offset: 00020e30

Can some one please let me know what I need to do to rectify this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated

I removed spyware software as some one suggested but it happened again but this time I get the following info

Appl.Name: iexplore.ex
Appl.Vers.: 6.0.2800.110
Mod.Name: unknow
Mod.Vers.: 0.0.0.
Offset: 0000001

Thanks
Joh

just wondering if you updated the spyware checker before
you scanned.if you take the 0 off and google it ,it comes
up as cool web search. spybot is at safer-networking.org
and update and scan on easy. and in
ie,,tools,options,advanced,uncheck'enable third party
browser extensions',apply. and see if error goes away. to
be able to access the internet explorer for searching the web.
