Hi

Every now and then I get this message from Microsoft Internet Explorer, that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. I then have to restart (automatically)

Appl.Name: iexplore.ex
Appl.Vers.: 6.0.2800.110
Mod.Name: wcadw0.dl
Mod.Vers.: 0.0.0.
Offset: 00020e30

Can some one please let me know what I need to do to rectify this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks
Joh

I am getting the same thing, except mine happens when I
try to open Internet Explorer. I cannot even open it and
I would like to know how to fix the problem. Like John
said, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
Kate

Locate the file wcadw0.dll and right-click, choose Properties. what does the details say {product name, company?}

To enable Internet Explorer functionality, disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer:

1. Click Start, Run, and type inetcpl.cpl. [or control inetcpl.cpl]
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
4. Restart Internet Explorer.
