Error report

When i go to clean up the virsus detected on the scan I get
a message that it has encountered a problem and will have
to close the application. I am unable to clean up the virses
 
I know how frustrating this is. I've presently got a VPC that exhibits a
similar symptom.

All that I can suggest is that you clean with an alternative product.

Whoops - Please also send the crash reports to Microsoft if you are offered
this option--these reports to get to the development team and are important
to them.
