Error Report while online

I keep getting the following: "Generic Host Process for
Win32 has encounterd a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for any inconvenience." This began occuring
shortly after downloading a MS update # KB823980. I
generally get online for about 10 to 15 minutes before
this message appears and disconnects my server. I am in
Saudi Arabia and would like to find a fix to this problem.
