Error Report: "Implements the NT service...

I get an error report almost every time I print from my
Canon MultiPASS F60 printer that reads: "Implements the NT
service that starts the server has encountered a problem
and needs to close." I have sent this error report off
numerous times but have not recieved feedback on it in any
way. I already tried re-installling the printer which did
not work. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Hi, I was having the exact problem and have reformatted my computer 3 times because of it. I finally figured out what it was tonight. I was using Charter High Speed Security by F-Secure and I deleted it. The problem then went away and I could use my printer again. I called Charter and they told me there are some compatibility issues with F-Secure software. Even if you are not running F-secure protection I assume the problem is with compatability. If there is a program you have recently put on then try to uninstall it and see if that solves your problem. I hope this helps you. I was close to giving up!
