After installing DNS, and setting up my ISP's DNS address as a forwarder, I
continue to get this error in my event log:

The Security System detected an authentication error for the server
DNS/ns1.fiberpipe.com. The failure code from authentication protocol
Kerberos was "There are currently no logon servers available to service the
logon request.

(0xc000005e)".

Can anyone point me in a direction to solve this issue?

Thanks!

Do you have your ISP's DNS configured on any NIC, in any position?
Remove it. Use only the internal DNS on all NICs.

Is the Domain controller multihomed with one NIC having a public address?
You'll have to disable DDNS on the external NIC.
