Error receiving fax message

I have a friend that keeps getting this message when she tries to receive a
fax lately. She is able to send faxes however. Her modem driver is up to
date. I am not sure what is causing this problem. She has an agere modem.

Please advise on how to solve this problem. Thank you.
 
It is okay. I solved it myself. I set it to answer automatically after one
ring and it worked.
