"Error Reading File"

When I try to open a page created in Front Page from the Web Server (remote
to my location) I get an error - "error reading file". Tried copying to my
desktop to work on it, but got same error.
 
What type of file?

Post a URL for the html page online
- it may be corrupt
Or open the site in FP and try to open it
