Error Print Job staying?

Dear All,

When the error print job occur, it will staying at the
print queue. Can it be deleted in a time period. Can I set
the time period to delete the error print job.

1. Stop the spooler service
2. Delete the corrupt print job(s) (.spl and shd files)
3. Start the spooler service
This can be done at any time. Bear in mind that printing is disabled when
the spooler is stopped.

Thank you sir, I don't want to do it manually. You know if
a print error occurs, the others cannot print. So that I
would like get a way to delete the error print job
automatically.

I see what you're saying. I think that what you should be persuing is the
cause of the erroneous print jobs. Do the print errors occur often?
Are there any entries in the System event log that relate to this issue at
all?
