Error port 80 at "gf2bh"

I can't bring up any pages. Error repsponse immediately
says "there is no server on port 80 at "gf2bh".

I have reinstalled the software, to no avail.

I do not have any personal firewalls or web server
installed on my computer.

It gives me this message even if I create a new page or
web on your local disk and reopen it

I used this application a few years ago and haven't done a
thing with it since, so I'm totally unsure of what I
should be doing. But, I can't get started because of this
problem.
 
Which version of Windows and FrontPage are running?

At some point a web server was installed, did you upgrade from FP98 to
FP2000?
