Error Opening VB from design View

Access is crashing everytime I try to open a VB event in form design view. it
doesn't seem to matter whether there is code attached to the event or not. Is
there a way to correct the problem?

Sounds like the VBA project is corrupt. Hope you have good backups!!!

See http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm for some signs, symptoms
and possible cures of corruption. It may be necessary to delete this form,
compact and repair the database, and rebuild the form from scratch, though you
should check Tony's website for less drastic options.
