Error on trying to send/recieve

I Have loaded Outlook, it opens fine and the browser works. When I try to send/ recieve I get a
error message "The operation failed. An object could not be found" I have reloaded the program to no success
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Here's the answer to our problem. It's found under Microsoft Knowledge Based Article #312354.
I did it and it works!! Thanks to Jeff Stephenson from Outlook Development, he's THE MAN!
