Error On starup

Hey peeps, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with this error i keep getting when i startup, it says: Error: loader couldn't initialize service!

There a print screen of it below.

What have you got set to load up in MSCONFIG... Disable un-needed stuff one by one, and see if it stops.

Well i've solved it now, mucks wasnt a million miles away. It was a program called Cursor XP, which was just a variety of cool cursors. I just uninstalled it and the problems gone :).
